The Oceanside Masonic Center has a meeting room and separate banquet & dining hall with a full-service kitchen available for an event of up to 120 persons in each room. Our baseline price is $250 per hour with an 8-hour minimum. We require third party event insurance and private security if alcohol will be served at an event.
Normal Rental Pricing:
$250 per hour meeting room rental, minimum of 8 hours (no food or drinks allowed)
$250 per hour dining hall & banquet hall rental, minimum of 8 hours
$80 per hour Kitchen rental, with dining room rental, minimum of 4 hours
$350 cleaning/security deposit, must be properly cleaned after the event (no damage to flooring, kitchen.. etc.)
$1,000,000 Event Insurance Policy is required, naming Oceanside Masonic Temple Association as the beneficiary (Cost is usually $100-$150) possible vendors: The EventHelper.com, Progressive.com
If Alcohol is served a private security guard is required, 1 guard for every 60 people, possible vendor: Oceanside Security Agency 760-941-3128 (usually $50.00 – $70.00 per guard)
